Dear Customer,
Following on from the recent Treco Steel acquisition Galintel will be consolidating our NSW Distribution & Pick Up service to one site.
From Monday 18th May 2020 products from both Galintel & Treco Steel range will be consolidated and available from our Galintel Distribution Warehouse at Yennora NSW (old Treco Steel site).
This consolidation not only streamlines services but provides all customers access to our enhanced product offer.
As with all Nepean Building & Infrastructure sites all standard OH&S conditions & rules of entry apply.

With all pickups, the following procedure & site conditions apply:
- All orders processed by Customer Service 2hrs prior to pick-up.
- Customers or their representatives must follow all reasonable instructions while on the premises. Galintel is an operating warehouse using heavy vehicles, forklifts and overhead cranes.
- All visitors including customers, associates or drivers can only enter the warehouse wearing suitable clothing and footwear & with appropriate PPE.
- Failure to follow instructions will result in the customer or their representative being asked to leave the premises without taking possession of the goods. A service fee may then apply.
- Galintel adheres to the RMS “Chain of Responsibility” legislation. We will only load suitable vehicles and the Customer will tie the goods down to the requirements of the RMS.
- Customers or their representative have the responsibility to make sure that all goods loaded are correct and as ordered. No stock deficiencies will be accepted by Galintel.
- Current pickup times for all warehouses are: Monday to Thursday 8am to 3pm, Friday 8am to 12.30pm.If you are new to Galintel or already a current customer we look forward to continuing to provide you with our well-known brands and dedicated customer service.
